Processing your order
Please allow 7 working days to process your order before shipping it.
Order Status
On your account page you can see the status of your order. You must have an shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. you will also be able to track and trace your shipment on your account page.
Out of stock/backorders
Normally we have all products in stock, but in case we don't, you can leave your email at "the out of stock" button next to the items that is out of stock. We will inform you by email when this item is in stock again.
Courier
When you take your order to the checkout, the shipping costs will be added automatically. All our packages are shipped with International Priority Shipping.
Packaging
Your order will be packed in a discreet bubble pack envelope or a white cardboard package. The waybill of the courier company will be attached if applicable. The courier will not know what the package contains.
Our Returns Policy
Products must be returned factory sealed to receive a refund.
Opened products can not be returned unless they are broken, in which case they will be replaced with the same product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You can not exchange a product because it does not work with your equipment or that it is not what you thought it was, so please make sure you read the detail specifications before placing your order.
We will not refund you for the postage cost on your returns, unless you are returning a defective product, or an error was made by us.
Customs
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs does not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs.
Responsibility and Disclaimer You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. If importing/owning smoking accessories is illegal in any country or part of country, www.hemporium.ca accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
